Delegation leader at the just-ended COSAFA tournament Marsha Chilemena said it was not fair to always criticise the team and added that everyone should come on board and offer support.

Chilemena said on Tuesday that there were a lot of factors that led to 1-3 loss to Zimbabwe in the finals and chief among them was players’ lack of experience.

Chilemena said there was need for people to have patience and see how the team would eventually graduate into a strong side ahead of the African Nations Championship (CHAN).
